🚚 Shipping Information

Delivery Times

We process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time within Germany is usually 3–5 business days after shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number after shipment.

Shipping Costs

International Delivery

We also ship internationally. The exact shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout. International deliveries can take 5–14 business days, depending on the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This way, you can keep an eye on your shipping status at all times.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. That's why we offer a 30-day free return policy from the date you receive your order. No stress, no risk.

Return Requirements

For us to process your return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item is unworn and unwashed
• All original tags are still attached
• The return is made within 30 days of receipt
• The item is in its original condition

How the Return Process Works

1. 📧 Email us at info@vp-store.de with your order number and the reason for return.
2. 📦 We will send you a free return label via email.
3. 📤 Securely package the item and take the parcel to the nearest parcel station or post office.
4. 💰 After we receive and inspect the goods, we will refund your purchase price within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or due to their nature:

• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Personalized or custom-printed products – since these are specially made for you on order, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB (German Civil Code). Exception: If the item has a production defect or printing error – in this case, we will of course send you a free replacement.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without stating a reason. Our voluntary 30-day return policy goes beyond that. You can find more information in our Cancellation Policy.
