General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between

and the customer via the online shop vp-store.de. Deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognised, unless the seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded with the shipping confirmation.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are final prices in Euro and include statutory value-added tax (where applicable). Additional shipping costs are shown during the order process. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others).

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time within Germany is generally 3–5 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are €3.99; shipping is free for orders over €50. International deliveries may take longer. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of unavailability of a product and to refund the purchase price in full.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the cancellation policy. Additionally, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy (details: Shipping & Returns).

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects, the customer has the right to rectification or replacement delivery. If rectification fails, the customer can demand withdrawal or reduction. The warranty period is two years from delivery.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

The seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages based on intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

§ 9 Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with our privacy policy and the requirements of the GDPR.

§ 10 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is, to the extent legally permissible, the seller's registered office.

§ 11 Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
