📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 3–5 business days to Germany. International deliveries can take 5–14 business days depending on the destination country. You will receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.99 per order. For orders over €50, we offer free shipping 🎉

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be displayed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to view your shipping status at any time.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at info@vp-store.de with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage. We will find a solution together – we promise.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes! You have 30 days from receipt of goods to return items – free of charge and hassle-free. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.

How does the return process work?

Send us an email at info@vp-store.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a free return label.
Package the item securely and take the package to the nearest parcel station.
Upon receipt, we will refund your purchase price within 5–7 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you would like a different size or model, simply return the item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to do it. Contact us with any questions – we're happy to help.

👕 Product & Material

What material are your t-shirts made of?

Our t-shirts are made from 100% high-quality cotton (or a cotton-polyester blend, depending on the model). The material is soft, breathable, and durable – for maximum comfort all day long.

How do I properly care for my Victory Path T-shirt?

For a long lifespan and to keep the print looking great, we recommend:

Wash at max. 30 °C, inside out
Do not tumble dry
Do not bleach
Iron at low temperature, not directly on the print
Do not dry clean

What sizes are available?

We offer sizes XS to 3XL. A detailed size chart can be found on each product page. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing one size larger.

Does the clothing fit true to size?

Our t-shirts fit normal to slightly oversized (relaxed fit). Check the size chart on the respective product page to find the perfect fit.

Are the affirmations on the t-shirts printed durably?

Yes! We use high-quality printing processes that retain their quality even after many washes – provided you follow the care instructions.

💳 Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all common payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others. The available options will be displayed at checkout.

Can I still change or cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us as soon as possible at info@vp-store.de. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after dispatch.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Immediately after your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received an email.
